Brand Clarity Roadmap – Terms

These terms explain how the Brand Clarity Roadmap works and what you can expect from the process.

If anything is unclear, you’re always welcome to get in touch before proceeding.

1. Overview

The Brand Clarity Roadmap is a focused, strategic assessment to understand where your brand stands — and what needs to change.

The work includes:

  • A review of your brand
  • Strategic analysis
  • A Brand Intensive session
  • A structured roadmap with key findings and recommendations

2. Payment

The Roadmap fee is split into two payments.

  • 50% is payable upfront to secure your Roadmap
  • 50% is payable before the Brand Intensive session

Work begins once the initial payment has been received.

The Brand Intensive session and final Roadmap are delivered once the remaining balance has been paid.

3. Refunds

Due to the nature of this work and the time allocated, payments are non-refundable once the process has begun.

If you need to reschedule your session, please get in touch and an alternative time will be arranged where possible.

4. Your Input

The quality of the Roadmap depends on accurate and timely input.

You’ll be asked to complete a short questionnaire. Thoughtful responses help ensure the process is as useful and relevant as possible.

5. Timeline

The Roadmap is typically completed within a few weeks, depending on scheduling and the timely completion of inputs.

A more specific timeline will be confirmed once your session is booked.

6. Scope

The Roadmap is a focused assessment.

It provides strategic clarity, direction and recommendations, but does not include full brand strategy development or implementation work such as design, copywriting or development.

If further support is needed, this can be discussed separately.

7. Intellectual Property

Once the engagement is complete and payment has been received in full, the Roadmap materials can be used within your business.

8. Responsibility

The Roadmap provides strategic guidance based on the information available at the time.
Decisions, implementation and outcomes remain the responsibility of the client.
