Establish the strategic foundation
your growth depends on.
Regenerative brand strategy for planet-positive businesses.
Your business has evolved.
Your brand strategy should reflect that.
Carrot and Karma is a regenerative brand strategy studio working with planet-positive businesses entering their next stage of growth.
As businesses mature, the initial strategy is often outgrown. What once supported early growth may no longer reflect the scale, direction or responsibility of the work today.
Positioning becomes implied rather than defined. Messaging expands but loses cohesion. Growth decisions feel heavier than they need to be.
Strategic work, done properly.
We partner with a small number of planet-positive businesses each year to strengthen their strategic foundations.
This is focused, in-depth work – designed to clarify positioning, define long-term direction and establish the brand architecture your growth depends on.

MEET UTA
Strategic partner in brand clarity and
long-term direction
I’m Uta, founder of Carrot and Karma – a regenerative brand strategy studio supporting planet-positive businesses at pivotal stages of growth.
My background spans design and brand strategy, and I am a Certified Brand Strategist through Brand Master Academy. Over time, my work has moved increasingly toward the strategic foundations of a business – the thinking that shapes everything else.
I’m particularly drawn to founders building something meaningful and responsible, who sense their brand no longer fully reflects the depth of their work.
I approach branding as structural work – not surface expression. Clear positioning. Coherent architecture. Responsibility considered from the outset.
I believe brands can be both commercially resilient and responsible – grounded in values, aligned with purpose and designed to evolve with integrity.
When we work together, the focus is strategic clarity. The outcome is a brand foundation strong enough to guide every future decision – from partnerships to implementation by your chosen creative team.
