REGENERATIVE BRAND STRATEGY
Make it easy for the right clients to choose you
Brand strategy for service-based businesses committed to people and the planet — helping you clearly communicate what you do, so the right clients can understand your value and choose to work with you.
Right now, it may be harder than it should be for clients to choose you
It’s not immediately clear what you do or why it matters
You sound similar to others in your space
The value of what you offer isn’t fully understood
When your brand is clear, things become easier
What you offer may already be strong — but that doesn’t always mean it’s easy to explain or clearly understood.
You might find yourself describing it in different ways, trying to make it clearer, or wondering why it doesn’t quite land.
What once worked through referrals becomes harder to rely on. As you begin to rely on marketing, how clearly you communicate what you do starts to matter much more.
Often, it comes down to the foundations not being clearly defined.
Once that’s in place, things tend to feel more straightforward.
With a clear brand strategy, you have:

A clear understanding of why clients choose to work with you

Messaging that feels natural and easy to communicate

The clarity to make confident decisions

A more consistent way of showing up

A foundation you can rely on as your business grows
MEET UTA
Funder and Brand Strategist

I’m Uta, and I run Carrot and Karma — a brand strategy studio working with service-based businesses committed to people and the planet.
My background spans design, coaching and brand strategy, and I'm a Certified Brand Strategist through Brand Master Academy.
Over time my work has moved more and more towards the strategic foundations of a business — the thinking that shapes everything else.
If you’ve ever felt that your work is strong, but not always easy to explain or fully reflected in your brand, that’s usually where I come in.
I help you step back and make sense of it — bringing clarity to your positioning, strengthening your direction, and making sure your brand reflects the depth of what you do.
Let’s explore what’s next
If your business has evolved and your strategy hasn’t quite caught up yet, you’re in the right place.
In a Discovery Call, we’ll look at where your brand stands, the stage you’re moving into, and whether working together would be helpful.
