How long does it take to complete a small business website design project?
The timeframe depends on the scope of the project.
We’ll agree on your launch date at the beginning of the project and then map out a timeline.
However, I typically aim to complete projects within a few weeks.
I like working at my own pace. Do you accommodate this?
No, I don’t accommodate working without a timeline.

What website platforms do you work with?
I only work with WordPress and the Divi builder.
Why WordPress? It’s the most popular website builder used by millions of people around the world and powers over 43% of all websites. Search engines like Google love it, making it easy for your clients to find you!
I already have hosting. Can I stay with my hosting provider?
You can stay with your hosting provider BUT I always suggest using our recommended hosting service who provides secure, fast and green hosting.
I don't have a logo or brand style guide. Can you help?
Yes, I can. Please have a look at my branding package.
You will need to have your brand assets (logo, brand style guide, etc.) before I can get started on creating your website.
Do your prices include VAT?
I am not VAT registered so there is no VAT to pay.
Will I be able to update my website?
Yes, you will be. BUT it does require some learning as how to use the Divi visual builder. How much of your updates and additions you can do will depend on your ability to use WordPress and Divi.
I provide you video tutorials that show you how to make basic edits to your site.
If you prefer to leave updates to your website to me, I offer website care plans to ensure your website stays in perfect shape.
Do you offer support after the launch?
Yes, absolutely! You can choose one of my website care plans.
How do I get started?
Every web design project starts with a call where we’ll talk about your new website. I will go over the process with you. Afterwards, you’ll receive a proposal, and then you can pay your deposit and secure your start date.
