Question #1: Who are you?

Identify a few common issues you address, whether it’s overcoming self-doubt, building confidence or finding work-life balance. Aim for 3-5 core challenges your clients face. By being specific, you demonstrate that you understand their pain points and know how to address them.

Describe the positive changes they can expect when they work with you, but keep it focused. Overloading them with too many possibilities can be overwhelming. A clear, concise summary of key issues will keep your site accessible and compelling.

Question #4: Can you do what you say you can do?

Credibility is crucial. To assure visitors of your competence, you’ll need more than just words. Showcase client testimonials, reviews and case studies, as these provide social proof of your results.

Include your qualifications, certifications and relevant experience, but don’t just list them — explain what these credentials mean for your clients. If you have a signature process or step-by-step approach, share it on your website. This helps clients visualise what working with you will look like from start to finish.

In short, give visitors the assurance that you’re not only qualified but also effective in delivering real, tangible results.

Question #5: Why should they choose you as their coach?

Finally, visitors need a reason to choose you over others. This is where you can highlight what sets you apart. Maybe you specialise in working with a specific demographic, like young professionals or people recovering from burnout. Or perhaps you bring a unique perspective, having overcome similar challenges in your own life.

Showcase the unique skills, experiences or methodologies that make your approach valuable. Help prospective clients understand why this makes a difference in their journey.
