After months of reflection, I’m stepping into a new chapter — one that feels deeply aligned with who I am and the kind of impact I want my work to have.

This evolution brings Carrot and Karma closer to its essence: creating brand strategies that help conscious founders grow in ways that feel thoughtful, aligned and values-led.

Carrot and Karma is evolving

My focus is now on strategic branding guided by sustainability principles for planet-positive businesses and changemakers — those building brands that want to do good and do well.

For years, I’ve worked with purpose-driven solopreneurs: coaches and wellness practitioners who wanted their work to make a difference. That will always remain close to my heart.

But recently, something in my own work began to shift.
Because brand alignment isn’t just something I teach — it’s something I live by.

I realised I don’t just want to help brands look and sound better.
I want to help them grow better — more consciously and more intentionally.

What’s changing (and what’s staying true)

You’ll notice a sharper focus on sustainability-led founders and regenerative thinkers who want their brand to reflect of their work and contribution.

What’s not changing is the essence of what I do:

  • Helping founders clarify their brand’s essence, message and positioning
  • Crafting brand experiences that reflect truth and build trust
  • Creating strategy that enables values-led growth and visibility

This realignment simply makes my purpose explicit — aligning my own brand with the same integrity and intention I champion in others.

Rooted in my own values

For most of my adult life, I’ve been a conscious consumer — mindful of how my choices affect the world around me. Sustainability and care for the environment have long guided how I live. This personal commitment is now becoming a clearer part of how I work, too.

This isn’t a pivot. It’s a coming home.
